2026 Exhibiting Galleries

Galleries
The main sector of Tokyo Gendai, showcasing outstanding artworks by leading international and regional exhibitors. Multi-artist programs which reflect the gallery’s unique program and identity are welcome for application.

 

Hana ‘Flower’
Dedicated to solo or multiple artist presentations of artists at an early or mid-stage in their career, and includes presentations in all mediums. There is no limitation in terms of years of business for the presenting gallery.

Eda ‘Branch’
Dedicated to solo or multiple artist presentations by established or historically significant artists, or to thematic/curated presentations. Priority will be given to proposals featuring presentations with clear relevance to Asia. 

Tane ‘Seed’
Dedicated to presentations with a focus on digital media including NFTs, animation, film, AR, VR and gaming.

Miki ‘Trunk’
Dedicated to presentations with a focus on paper or printed works including photography. There is no age limit either for the artists or presenting gallery.
