Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and plan content for social media
  • Social media caption writing
  • Foster growth of art community both on and offline
  • Organize and maintain branding and image assets
  • Support for media planning 
  • Proofreading and fact checking public-facing documents
  • Liaise with partner organisations
  • Liaise with PR team
  • Provide support for marketing manager. 

Qualifications & Characteristics

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience (marketing- or art-related experience is a plus)
  • Basic office skills (mastery of presentation decks and spreadsheets are a must) 
  • Native-level Japanese language ability is a must
  • Lives within commuting distance to Tokyo office

Employment Details

Employment Status: Full-Time Employee
Remuneration: 250,000 JPY ~ 300,000 JPY per month
Trial Period: 3 months
Office Hours: 9:00 – 17:00
Office Location: 5 minutes walk from Ebisu Station
Holidays: Weekends, national holidays, end-of year
Paid Time Off: 10 days annually

Office Environment

  • Hybrid work allowed : 2 WFH days/week (subject to change from January to July)
  • While the workload varies throughout the year, the off-season, mid-July to January, is calm and there is no overtime
  • No enforced dress code (please be professionally presentable)
